Third-party services

This page lists categories of third parties that may receive or process data in connection with Insynia. It is provided for transparency and is not a complete contract; see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Servicefor binding terms.

Infrastructure and service providers

Vendors we use to host, secure, and operate the platform and to send essential communications.

  • Supabase

    Authentication, application database, and real-time features. Account data and product data are processed when you use Insynia.

  • Cloudflare

    Content delivery, edge compute, and hosting for the Insynia web application.

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)

    We use AWS for operational needs such as transactional email (e.g. SES) and, where applicable, object storage (e.g. S3) for service data such as commit diffs, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Sign-in and identity

When you choose social login, the identity provider is involved in the sign-in process.

  • Google

    Optional “Sign in with Google” is offered through our authentication layer (Supabase OAuth). Google receives requests according to your sign-in choice and their policies.

Integrations you connect

The following are examples of services you can connect to Insynia. They process data you choose to access through the Service, under your account and their terms.

  • GitHub

    OAuth and app integrations for repository access, commits, and contributor data when you connect a GitHub account or installation.

  • GitLab

    Code hosting and repository data when you connect a GitLab account, where supported.

  • Bitbucket

    Code hosting and repository data when you connect a Bitbucket account, where supported.

  • Atlassian Jira

    External issue tracking when you connect Jira to your projects.

AI and large language model providers

Managed agent and AI-assisted features may call external model APIs depending on your project, session, or organization settings. The providers you use (or that are configured for you) may process prompts, code, and related context to generate responses.

  • OpenAI

    LLM features for managed coding agents and related workflows, when you or your organization use models served via OpenAI.

  • Anthropic

    LLM features when you or your organization use Anthropic models in Insynia.

  • DeepSeek

    LLM features when you or your organization use DeepSeek models in Insynia.
